LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT By purchasing a product from FS Powersports, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following warranty terms and conditions: Pickup Purchases Products picked up directly from FS Powersports are covered by a limited 3-month warranty on the engine (motor) and transmission only. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal use and maintenance. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, racing, or improper operation Unauthorized modifications or repairs Maintenance items and adjustments Cosmetic damage Shipped Products For products that are shipped to the customer, FS Powersports provides warranty coverage only for parts that arrive damaged or broken during transit. The customer is solely responsible for: Proper assembly of the product Correct installation of all components Tuning, adjustments, and pre-delivery setup Routine maintenance and inspection FS Powersports will not be responsible for issues resulting from improper assembly, setup, tuning, operation, or maintenance performed by the customer or a third party. Shipping Damage Claims Customers must inspect their shipment immediately upon receipt. Any damaged, missing, or broken parts must be reported to FS Powersports within 6 calendar days of delivery. Failure to report shipping-related damage within this period may result in denial of the claim. To process a claim, customers may be required to provide: Photographs of the damaged parts Photographs of the shipping packaging Proof of delivery and purchase Customer Acknowledgment By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions.
